Collaborate to deliver independent cost verification audits and assurance. Create standard templates and policies to drive high standards across Crossrail.
The result of the review was cost optimised for the funder/client and profit and fees maximised for the contractor.

On this construction and telecoms project, the objective was to develop and deliver a cost assurance on the contractor’s cost systems and an HR/staff rate audit for Paddington to Reading Crossrail West Stations. We aimed to collaboratively deliver an independent cost verification audit and assurance of the contractor’s cost collection system and records.
The result a was risk-minimised, cost-optimised solution for the funder/client and profit and maximised contract fees for the contractor.

On this mega-construction rail project, the aim was to deliver a pre-audit assurance review of the contractor’s cost systems, staff, labour, and plant costs on 6 projects at Euston Station, as well as to undertake independent cost verification and assurance of the contractor’s cost and records. As a result, we were successful in minimizing risks, while simultaneously maximising opportunities for fee recovery for both the contractor and funder/client in line with the NEC3 contract.

On this energy and power construction project, the scope was undertaking a risk-based final-account review of the contractor staff costs, labour, and subcontract costs on this electrical works project. To undertake independent cost verification and assurance of cost and records.
The result was due to risks were minimised and opportunities to recover fees maximised for the contractor and cost-optimised for the client in line with the NEC3 cost contract.
